Who we are

NameDiya is operated by Upsurge Labs LLP, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560034, Karnataka, India, which is the name you will see at checkout. Orders are delivered in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form on the home page.

What you are buying

A pack of 20 hand-painted clay diyas (about 2 inch) with a tealight each, 20 kraft pouches and 20 printed name labels with your thank-you line, packed in one gift box. Price ₹1,199 per pack, delivery included within our delivery area.

The clay is handmade, so shapes and paint vary slightly from diya to diya and from the pictures on the site.

Delivery

We deliver in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai only. We confirm your delivery slot by message after you send the names.

Cancellations and refunds

Every order is personalised, so:

  • Before printing: you can cancel for a full refund. We message you to confirm before printing starts.
  • After printing: refunds only if items arrive damaged or wrong. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace or refund.
  • If we can't deliver before Diwali for any reason on our side, you get a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay's secure checkout. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

Privacy

We keep only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, phone, address and your guests' names (plus email and thank-you line if you give them). We use them only to make and deliver your order and to message you about it. We never sell your data. Order data is deleted automatically 60 days after the Diwali delivery window (that is, by 5 January 2027).

Candle safety

Tealights are an open flame. Never leave a lit diya unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and anything that can catch fire. Place on a heat-safe, stable surface.
